Brief Information: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has given a Notification for the recruitment of Apprentice Vacancy under The Apprentices Act 1961. Those Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the Notification & Apply Online.

For GEN/OBC Categories: Rs. 800/-+GST@18% = Rs.944/-
For Female/ SC/ ST Categories: Rs. 600/-+GST @18% = Rs.708/-

Age Limit (as on 30-06-2024)
Minimum Age Limit: 20 Years
Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 30-06-1996 and not later than 30-06-2004.
Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 30.06.2024)
Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/ College/ University recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or before 30.06.2024
and candidate must produce Mark Sheets and Provisional/ Degree Certificate issued from the University/ College/ Institute as and when required by the Bank.
The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in local language of that State/UT.

DURATION OF TRAINING:
Total Duration of training will of one year from the date of contract. The one year training will include 2 weeks Basic Training and 50 weeks On-the-Job Training.
STIPEND/ BENEFIT:
The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of one year.

Rural/ Semi-Urban 👉10,000
Urban 👉12,000
Metro. 👉 15,000
The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection for engagement of apprentices would be based on the basis of:
Online written test (to be held on 28.07.2024)
Final Selection will be subject to:
a) Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application
b) Qualifying in written test and test of local language, where applicable, as detailed above.
c) Qualification in the Medical examination.
